Thing 11
It was very easy to see all my feed. They were posted by date closest to the day I looked at them. If I didn't like one of the posts or more, I just deleted them. If I liked them then they were added to my page. It was fast, easy, and convenient. :)
Thing 12

Creating my Google pictures plus software was simple and easy. I already had a google account so it just automatically added the software to my google page. I can upload and manage my own pictures on the internet. Also I can store all the pictures that I don't necessarily want on my phone, but I don't want to lose on the website too!

Thing 10
I like the newsreaders and RSS, you could have all your favorite up-to-date material at your fingertips. It's like youtube. When you create a youtube account, you can subscribe to other people's accounts depending on whether you like the videos. Once you subscribe to the sources those sources pop up on your page, as well as any and all new video postings that those sources make. I could definitely see myself using this technology in my future classroom. That way if I have any really good websites I like or find useful teaching, I can just stick them on this page and access them anytime I like.
Thing 9
This is my image of LOLcats, I made it using the Image Chef Generator. The images and templates the website had was enormous, but I found the LOLcats and thought it was hilarious! I don't really know how I could use this in class or in future indevors but, it was really fun making it!
Thing 8
I absolutely LOVED this flickr mashup: spell with flickr, I can see myself using this a lot in posts to my social network and on my flickr page. I really liked creating it, because I got to choose the letters I wanted just by clicking on them, it was really fun and really easy.
Thing 7
This is a picture I took of my kitten, Lilly. I used flickr to upload it after I created my own flickr account. After messing around with this app on my phone, I really want to learn more about it. I will most definitely be using flickr in the future, and could possibly use it in my classroom one day maybe by just using some neat pictures in instructional powerpoints. I actually have not used any other hosting service. I have heard of Instagram but I haven't used it before. I really don't have any problems with my photos being used in a public place. I have a facebook, and love it when people like my photos and videos. Photography has always been a hobby of mine, so I can definitely see myself using this app a LOT more in the future.

Thing 6
My link to vine:
http://www.go2web20.net/app/?a=vine
I love vine! I have a vine on my phone, and an account. Vine is basically like youtube, except the videos except the videos are shorter and you can conveniently take them from your phone or computer. I found these videos really interesting. The pros about this website are that it is quick and easy to upload videos, and it's convenient. I would use vine with my students, it's free to set up an account, and I would use it to post quick videos about anything I might have forgot to tell them in class, or if they had any quick questions for me I could vine back and forth with them to answer their questions. The website is personal enough to give out the necessary information to my students, but not so personal to where the students have my actual phone number.

My two outside blogs:

Commenting helps create a sense of community and interaction because It's one thing to just post your your own opinions, and another thing to see others share your same opinion! I know I feel happy when people say nice things about me or my opinions, and I know others feel the same way. I commented by saying something that I liked about each individual blog and was honestly sincere. I wanted them all to know that someone thinks their ideas are great, because that's what I would love to hear.

Thing 5
I think "School 2.0" just means a school filled with all kinds of future technology. To me, a School 2.0 would always have the latest technology, and would be very dynamic, because technology is always changing. All the teachers would use smart boards, ipads, and mac computers. All the students would submit all homework online. The School 2.0 would always be up to date.
Thing 3
I think I could use a blog in my teaching career for a few things. I could use a blog to keep in contact with my students' parents, and keep them up to date with activities and events going on in class. I could also use a blog to keep open so my students could go online and discuss homework problems openly with their other classmates, and reach me if they have questions specifically for the teacher. There are several more reasons for blog usage educationally, but those were my two favorites.

Thing 2
I have had just a few previous experiences with blogs and writing. I know Myspace is a little unconventional, however, I did blog a little on the social network when I had one. It was really fun, and I used to receive lots of comments. As far as writing goes, I've always enjoyed writing fiction, I was actually one of the winners of the Peay Read last year (2012). I wrote an essay about my reactions to The Other Wes Moore. I even plan on writing children's books once I become a teacher. I just used my own real name for the blog, that way people could find me easily. I also just titled the blog after the class, so if I decided to look at it later in life, I would know exactly when and why the blog was created. Creating the blog was fun, but also challenging because our class went through the steps so quickly! I really enjoyed making my avatar, that was my favorite part. I made my avatar to look like me, the way I am today, in order to preserve my identity for when I look back at my blog I can see my exact personality and opinions at the time.
Thing 1
The hardest habit to form for me is viewing challenges as problems.. Problems can overtake your life sometimes... problems can be so minute but seem so impossible, that is why seeing problems as challenges can be a challenge in itself. The easiest habit for me to form would most likely be playing! I have kept a teaching preschool job for the past two years, and even though teaching is one of the most important parts, another important part is playing! I always make time to actually play with the kids at the daycare. I never dwindled my power of teacher away, but I would always play in centers with them, or color with them, or even play duck duck goose with them! It is always important to keep a balance of work and play.
